Good day dear members, we would like a minute of your attention.
As some of you might know there have been some changes going on in the group, especially involving the moderators. It is important to inform our members about what's going on to prevent rumors and confusion being spread.


Mods being banned:
Around a week ago some moderators were banned from the group due to their behavior and actions.

Harassment, sabotaging the chats and bullying is not permitted in this group and moderators are not above members. We had banned members before because of this and moderators will not receive a special treatment when it comes to intentionally doing harmful actions against others. We would like to thank all the members who stood up and decided to talk to us, telling us what was going on and providing enough evidence; we were provided with screenshots and logs. If something is going on please do not be afraid to inform us so we can help you.

Old Mods Return:
You've probably noticed that some of the moderators who left have come back to us!
A few of these moderators had left the group all together. Some of their reasons were personal, others involved conflict to some degree that they felt best to remove themselves from.
Those moderators have now come back to help Platform move along just as they had in the past.

New Group Owner:
Pokeplatform was created over a year ago by =pombon, however it wasn't long before she disappeared.
For coming up with our group, we are grateful, but it was time to move on.
A group doesn't quite work without an owner.
The request was approved and Loveno handed over the job to one of our leaders:
=PCassa  
Despite this, Cassa is still just a regular Gym leader like the rest of us. We're happy to have an active group owner that will help this group continue to grow.

Downsizing:
All of the chatrooms were sabotaged by the mods who were removed, unfortunately. Please check your bookmarks; the main chatroom and others have been moved to new locations.
We took this as a chance to make some much needed changes however.
We are going to be downsizing our group in certain places. The team chatrooms have been removed; they were unnecessary and never utilized.
~PP-Daimon is also going to be removed from use. We are currently transferring donated points from the Daimon account to the ~PPMail account, and ask that further point donations be sent there.
Also, any suggestions, requests, or complaints should be sent to the group itself from now on.

We want our members to speak up immediately if they see problems, and not let them fester and grow into another situation like the one we find ourselves in now.
Members should not fear the moderators. And Moderators Are Not Exempt From The Rules.
We are not untouchable up in ivory towers; if a moderator is doing a poor job and members speak up about it, that mod will be removed. It is very important that you the members let us know what's going on immediately.

Gathering Points for a New Group Subscription

We also want to inform members that our premium membership will run out soon. In case some of you don't know, having a membership allows the group to use features such as journal layouts, use of the thumbnails (which we use to feature our members) and other custom windows. To avoid losing this we are collecting points. We have opened a donation box at our event account ~PPMail so members or watchers can donate points to help the group gather enough to buy a new membership.
The amount of points needed is really big, so for just for this time we are selling character slots. Here is more information:

Special – Character Slots!
Cost: 500 Points.
As you might know PokePlatform only permits members to change their character once.
In case you already used your character change, you will now be able to have another character change by purchasing a slot.  In other words you will be able to have the chance to change your character not once but twice, or if you already used your one swap you may change once more.

How to buy one: First send a note to the group informing us you are buying a slot, so your slot will be saved (in case you decide to use it later). Then send in the points to ~PPMail with your account (if it was an anon donation it won't count!)

Notes - This change will be official | If you haven't changed your character you can still purchase a slot and save it for later | You cannot buy slots for your friends (each person must buy own slot) | You can only purchase 1 slot. | You may purchase a slot now and use it at any time you like; it does not have to be used immediately.

Art Commissions
Some moderators have opened commissions. Points will be used for the group. You can check on their front pages or journals for information.
